How do I check in?

Please have your QR code ready upon arrival. All guests will receive a wristband at check-in to help keep entry smooth and efficient. Re-entry will be allowed as long as your wristband remains intact.

What time should I arrive?

VIP doors open at 2:00 PM and General Admission begins at 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full experience and access first-come, first-served activities. Programming runs throughout the event, and guests are encouraged to explore at their own pace.

Is there a check-in cutoff time?

Yes, check-in will close at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to ensure entry and enjoy the full experience.

Are masterclasses guaranteed?

VIP guests may submit their preferred masterclass instructor in advance. Preferences are collected to help with planning, but placement is not guaranteed. If a class reaches capacity, you will be automatically assigned to the other available masterclass.

Will I receive a swag bag?

All attendees will receive a swag bag as part of their experience. Swag bags are distributed onsite, so you must be present at the event to receive yours.

Do I need to build my bundle in advance?

While not required, it is highly recommended to pre-select your bundle to help speed up your experience onsite.

Can I purchase drinks at the event?

Yes, drinks will be available at the ITL Merch shops & registration tables, but we recommend purchasing in advance to avoid lines and ensure availability.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at the following nearby locations:

What should I bring?

Please bring your QR code and plan for a small bag, comfortable outfit, and weather protection such as SPF or an umbrella.

What is not allowed?

Outside alcohol, weapons of any kind, rolling carts, suitcases, and outside water bottles are not permitted due to venue regulations.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cute, light, and comfortable, keeping Florida weather in mind.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain-or-shine event, so we recommend planning accordingly.
