We hope you love your purchase from Innovate, the Label! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.
Return Policy
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
- Condition: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, opened or used products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service at contact@innovatethelabel.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the returned items.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and include the RAN with your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, usually within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- For defective or damaged products, we offer exchanges rather than refunds. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange.
Bundles
- All bundle items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted."
