Welcome to the Innovate The Label Affiliate Program!

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining the program.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

• Affiliates earn a 15% commission on every sale made through their unique referral link or coupon code.
• Referrals receive a 10% discount on their purchases when using the affiliate’s link or code.
• Commissions are paid out monthly, either via PayPal or an Innovate The Label gift card. The affiliate chooses the payment method on their dashboard.

2. Eligibility

• To join, you must complete the affiliate registration form on our website. Innovate The Label reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
• Affiliates must be 21 years of age or older and agree to abide by all terms and conditions.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 15% commission on the net sale amount of each purchase made through their referral link or code, excluding any returns or refunds.
• Commissions are subject to change and may be adjusted by Innovate The Label at any time with advance notice.

4. Payout and Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid out monthly. Payment options include PayPal or an Innovate The Label gift card.
• Affiliates are responsible for cashing out their commission by providing updated contact information in their affiliate dashboard.

5. Promotion and Usage

• Affiliates are encouraged to share their unique link or coupon code with their network, including friends, family, and followers, to maximize their earning potential.
• Any promotion of the affiliate link or code must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and disclosures.
• Affiliates must represent Innovate The Label in a positive and ethical manner. Any promotion containing false, misleading, or offensive content may result in termination from the program.

6. Prohibited Actions

• Affiliates may not use their own link or code to generate personal purchases and commission. Self-purchases are ineligible for commissions.
• Affiliates are not permitted to misrepresent Innovate The Label products or brand or offer additional discounts outside the official 10% provided by Innovate The Label.

7. Termination

• Innovate The Label reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation at any time for breach of these terms and conditions or any behavior that reflects poorly on the Innovate The Label brand.
• Affiliates may voluntarily withdraw from the program at any time by notifying us via email at community@innovatethelabel.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Innovate The Label is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising out of or related to these terms or the affiliate program.
• Innovate The Label does not guarantee that the affiliate program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Changes to the Affiliate Program

• Innovate The Label reserves the right to update or modify the affiliate program and its terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami, FL, USA.

11. Event Promotion and Gifted Products

• Event Participation and Promotion: Affiliates are invited to promote Innovate The Label Marketplace events, including special shopping and community experiences like the Bundled Up in Beauty Event.
• Bundled Up in Beauty Event: Affiliates who actively promote the Bundled Up in Beauty Event, occurring on December 15th, 2024, and the Innovate The Label shop, will receive a gifted 2024 Advent Calendar as a token of appreciation. The Advent Calendar includes curated beauty products that affiliates can enjoy and share with their audiences.
• Promotion Requirements: To qualify for the gifted 2024 Advent Calendar, affiliates must meet minimum promotion requirements for the event. This includes:
• Posting at least 1 social media posts or stories about Innovate The Label and our Bundled Up in Beauty Event on Tik Tok or Instagram.
• Tagging Innovate The Label's official social media handles in each post.
• Using any official event hashtags provided.
• At least 3K followers on any platform.
• Reside in South Florida or willing to travel to attend the event on December 15th. 
• Content Guidelines: Affiliates should promote the event and Marketplace in a positive, engaging manner, highlighting the Advent Calendar and other benefits to attendees. Innovate The Label reserves the right to approve or request edits to any promotional content associated with Marketplace events.
• Gift Distribution: Advent Calendars will be distributed to the first 50 eligible affiliates before the end of November to give affiliates time to create content for the event.

By joining and participating in the Innovate The Label Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
