What is this event?
This is a live, in-person beauty expo built for beauty lovers who want real experiences — hands-on brand moments, product discovery, creators you actually care about, and an event that’s thoughtfully run from start to finish.
No chaos. No overpromising. Just good beauty energy.
Why does this event exist?
Because the beauty community spoke — loudly.
This expo was created after seeing strong demand for well-organized, attendee-first beauty experiences. We’re building something independent, community-driven, and intentionally designed to deliver what people actually want when they show up.
This is about raising the bar.
When and where is it happening?

A valid photo ID may be required for entry.

How will the venue be selected?
The final venue will be selected based on early ticket demand to ensure a comfortable, high-quality experience for attendees.
All ticket holders will be notified as soon as the venue is confirmed. The venue will be located within the Orlando, FL metro area.
What’s included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes: - Entry to the beauty expo - Access to brand activations & experiences - Product sampling & swag (while supplies last 👀) - Live demos, creator moments, and interactive experiences
Some experiences are first-come, first-served — come early.
What is presale?
Presale tickets are early-access tickets available before general sale.

· Priority access compared to general release
Total event capacity will be capped to maintain a quality experience.
How many presale tickets are available?
Presale tickets are very limited and will close once the allocated quantity is sold or the presale window ends — whichever comes first.
Is entry timed or open?
Entry details (timed vs open access) will be finalized once the venue is confirmed. All ticket holders will receive clear entry instructions ahead of the event.
Is this event affiliated with Ulta Beauty?
No. This is a fully independent event and is not affiliated with or sponsored by Ulta Beauty or any other retailer.
What’s the refund policy?
All presale tickets are final sale.
Presale tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the event is postponed or canceled, ticket holders will be contacted directly with next steps. Tickets are transferable unless otherwise noted.
Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
Tickets purchased or sold through unauthorized third-party platforms may be voided without refund.
Is the event ADA accessible?
Yes. The final venue will be ADA accessible.
Accessibility details will be shared once the venue is announced. We are committed to creating an inclusive experience.

What’s the bag policy?
Bags will be allowed but subject to security checks.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

· All ticket sales are final. Please double‑check your plans before purchasing.
· If we cancel or postpone the event, ticket holders will be contacted with next steps, which may include using your ticket for a new date or another remedy communicated at that time.
· The event will take place within the Orlando, FL metro area. A venue change within this area does not qualify for a refund.
· Tickets can be transferred to another person.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all tickets purchased for Beauty in Community Orlando, presented by Innovate the Label (the “Event”), scheduled for April 18. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds for tickets once purchased, including but not limited to changes in personal schedules, travel issues, or inability to attend.
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If the Event is postponed or canceled by the organizer: - Ticket holders will be notified via the email used at purchase. - Ticket holders will be provided with options, which may include: - Use of the ticket for the rescheduled date, or - A refund, credit, or other remedy as determined at that time.
Specific options will depend on the circumstances and will be communicated clearly to all ticket holders.
3. Venue Updates
The Event will take place within the Orlando, FL metro area. If the final venue location changes within this area, tickets will remain valid and will not be eligible for refunds due to venue updates.
4. Ticket Transfers
Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
5. Force Majeure
The organizer is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or severe weather. In such cases, ticket holder options will be communicated as outlined in Section 2.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in ticket cancellation and denial of entry. Please contact us directly with any ticketing concerns so we can assist.
